i dont want to spend mega money as it will be getting a big cappacity bottem end when it comes of the road after this summer show season

the car made 128 bhp and 164 ftlb with 112500 miles and would like 145 plus bhp

Doing any headwork is pointless without raising the boost.

Also big capacity doesn't always mean big power.

you could use a cam but will struggle to 145bhp without more boost. problem u have then is that the ecu's boost limit is going to cut in if u try to turn it up.....hence theneed for a chip.

I.M.O......head work could well be the way to go/more power without having to increase stress's on engine internals with more boost is potentially a great way to go/if extra flow doesn't work without extra boost why do people with normally aspirated engines bother with head work? BUT get it done correctly
by someone who understands the above and flow dynamics. It won't be cheap but if done correctly it may well be a benefit to your next engine as well. See Dave at www.pumaracing.co.uk and you won't go far wrong.
HOWEVER....your Motor seems to be doing more than OK in the torque dept
for standard boost. Do you really want to enter the world of broken gearboxes, clutches,C.V joints, drive shafts, engine mountings etc? Or even look above at Tony's work of art, that's what happens when you get it really bad.

Get a better IC unless its the newest front mount pace cooler, bin the K&N, bin the scorpion (unless it's also the newest model)

Mongoose, magnex/GRS/Pro alloy IC, standard/modified airbox with K&N panel filter.

and your already off to a better start IMO

u got to understand y u have posted in the first place (more power)
a restricted exhaust on a turbo car is not the way foward mate

i would rekon a cam etc or actuator will cost good bit money better of going for a chip then you can play about more,as you will still need a chip when u do bott end any way so no loss realy
