work just gave me 10 blackberry 7230's the ones with the colour screens as they are no longer used in Moorfields, we all use XDA2i's and soon the new XDA's, so dunno what the hell to do with em thinking ebay shame i cant make em walkie talkies

infact ALL blackberrys are shit (except for the XDA2i... mmmm) we just bought a brand new top of the range super-blackberry that tiurned up today tho...

...just a shame it does nothing extra over the 7230, just looks nicer

Did no-one read the papers at the weekend? Blackberry have infringed someone else's patents on the technology, agreed a settlement of about $250million, failed to pay and now the other party are back in court to get the Blackberry service switched off.

If they win it will initially only affect the USA, but the government there are so worried that they have ordered the court to allow Blackberry to keep providing services to Govt agancies meantime.

If it all goes wrong, the Blackberry could make a lovely paperweight!

I thought Blackberry have already developed a workaround if the court injunction goes through though? Have been following it on the BBC news website.

Hi All
Have spoken to my Head of ICT, cos i dont really want them, to be honest, after thinking about it last night and dont want to give them away, so have arranged with the head of ICT to sell them on behalf of IT Dept, and chuck the dosh in a kitty for our xmas do's & nights out etc,

Will chuck em on ebay at the weekend as i am on an ITIL course rest of week,
but mentioned a few peeps on this website may be interested and have been told he wants £80 a piece for em, (or whatever the ebay auctions finish at)
