Did no-one read the papers at the weekend? Blackberry have infringed someone else's patents on the technology, agreed a settlement of about $250million, failed to pay and now the other party are back in court to get the Blackberry service switched off.

If they win it will initially only affect the USA, but the government there are so worried that they have ordered the court to allow Blackberry to keep providing services to Govt agancies meantime.

If it all goes wrong, the Blackberry could make a lovely paperweight!
