gearbox or clutch?

right my turbo is making sum horendous noises coming from the box,it wont select 5th or reverse,when you put ya foot on the clutch the noise goes away,is it the box or the clutch? any help aprectiated

from my limited knowledge it sounds like a combination of clutch release bearing and the gearbox. costly

don't worry though im in the same situation
