basically need a certificate for my scorpion alarm for my insurance as there wernt one in the folder i got with the car!!!!

do people in scotland not have alarms?????? as far as i can find the nearest alarm place i can find is in edinburgh!! dont really wanna go all that way for a 20 min job!!!
as i say only need a cert for my insurance, must be someone near me wants to make a buck or two!!!!!!!!!!!!
