Default Some Pics of my new S2

Hi all, new to the site Just become a proud owner of the series 2 RST so thought i would join the site and show my face and get to know a few fellow ford fanatics. I will apologise now, but will be nagging and pickin at some of your brains as in the coming months im going to be 'attempting' to build my own 2.1 ZVH motor, and will need advice and a bit of help from time to time. Here's a couple of pics of my new RST. Spec aint too bad (about 200BHP ish) but like all im after more power

chers for any comments and future help in advance

looks like a nice example, u may wanna check out the bonnet vent which has been removed due to the fact it is sitting directly above ur cone filter! im pretty sure its not a gud idea to get that wet!

of course...the law with number plates is a very grey area. Now in the highway code, the law states that prefix must be of a particular font, spacing and size. They must be clear and free from all obscurities whether it be dirt, towing bars etc.

It doesnt however state anywhere about the font colour and background pre 1992. THus being able to sport black and white number plates.

I have been pulled a few times for them but have yet been shown anywhere about the colours pre 1992.

so they are u go all, hope that helps

I have similar plates, and I was under the impression these cannot be used on cars post 1972? or is it 79? either way my car is too new for them. It would be interesting to find any offical website documentation to back this up either way however

Might just stay a bit more sensible and get a slightly cut down plate for the front and a standard one for the back.
