Not in esso, but definitly in BP. The ultimate petrol looks the same as the diesel.

The pumps say diesel on them do they not?
Schoolboy error in my oppinion especialy 'filling' it as the smell alone should have alerted you long before you finished filling it

At least you didn't do it the other way round, that would be real expensive!!

Have you drained the tank out yet???

what a stupid mistake to make

ill NEVER forget the day that i filled my cossie with ultimate diesel

infact JUST 3 DAYS AGO i realised it wasnt actually my fault either

FUCKING JIM WAS THE ONE WHO DROVE TO THE FUCKING PUMP

i just og out the passenger seat and went round to fill it up and then paied my 40 quid,,,,,,,,,,,, what a night that was i tell thee

when i phoned BP to complain they REEFUSED to pay me my 40 quid back as it was MY mistake,,,,,,,, even though its a common problem with there fuels there

BUT they offered to pay for any damage and also pay for the draining of the fuel

so i got just over 800 quid for the damage to my fuel pump, injectors and draining the tank

i seriously only called up for my 40 quid back too

yeah that did happen to,,,,,, was when i first got it, never checked the oil for over a month and it had fook all in there due to various leaks in the car

but and this if NO bollock,,,,,,,,, ive still got the crank and bearings and theres NO wear on em at all,,,,,,,,, just 3 bend/twisted rods

so cant have been that silly

the engine was only taken apart to change the little ends due to the little end rattle,,,,,,,,,,,,, that wa the rods that caused that and my pistons had NO det on em WHAT SO EVER !!!!!!!!!!

just the head was past the point of skimming so i bought another engine to get the car back on the road quicker,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, seriously that was the reason for it
