Default Rolling road question

Some memebers from Escortgti.com are having a rollingroad session, more to just meet up/ chat and look at the cars etc than anything else, BUT i was just wondering with lower BHP cars do they still need to run the big ole fan at the front? somebody asked me today and i wasnt sure but i told him yeah id think so.

I would too. Irrespective of power a car still needs cooling and the engine will still be working hard..................
