This could come in handy as a lot of sellers sell items with really high postage price but minimal BIN prices to attract buyers and get out of paying higher listing fees.

Is it? Thats crap then. I cant find anything that says a limit on how much they cover. The only condition is that the BIN price is £10 or higher.
I been thinking about buying a scooter on ebay. The postage costs are £65 - £100!!!
