Default help please....

went to put my head for the frst back together and theres a nut missing from the inlet manifold..left hand side hole looking from behind the inlet...it goes in a deep hole that the stud doesnt stick out of.

heres my problem,like a twat i chucked all the bolts from the engine in the same box and i cant find the one that goes in that hole...can anyone tell me what it looks like so i know what im looking for

sounds like its a stud and nut missing , you could proberbly get away with usin a 13mm bolt in its place,.

I know the one u mean goes on the very end mounting of the manifold, its a long smooth sleeved nut with a 13mm head, and its glavanized where as the rest are usually copper. If u still don;t know what i mean ill take a picture of a spare one tomorrow for u

not yet,im going to have a good rake thru the pile of nuts and bolts tonight coz its been a bit difficult to get to where my car is...this was the road to my garage on tuesday night

me either...but i wasnt driving.unfortunatly it has now all melted and theres a 3ft deep lake where the road used to be made it thru tho and i still cant find that bloody nut
