1.8 zvh with STD pistons and no decomp plate, lightly ported xr3i head, unchipped OFAC ecu, T3 turbo, S2 rad and intercooler, stainless exhaust,cossie cone filter.

How much do you all reckon then ? ive got a figure of around 140ish in my head is that right ?

Also what boost does OFAC run at when standard ?

Davy what would you reckon on the same engine but 195 chip, beige injectors, 14-15psi boost, 2wd cossie intercooler oh and some ARP rod bolts just to be on the safe side

Mate of mine runs the same bottom end setup in his S2 on k-jet with no problems so far

sounds almost the same set up as me,

im going to be running,

1.8 ZVH, with 30thou machined off pistons
Collins chip
Hybrid T3 turbo
Dash 31
2wd Cossie intercooler
Stianless exhuast
K&N panel filter in drilled airbox
Fuel mod for MFi
and in going to run about 14 to 16 psi.

and im hoping for about 200bhp.

I had a 1.8zvh on std pistons Stage 2 head running 6psi just a whiff of boost and it made 160bhp solidly ran solidly still going strong i beleive
