petrol pipes

Does anyone know how to undo the petrol pipes from the red & white clips that attach them to the fuel tank?, is there a special tool or summat?

you dont remove the pipe from the clip you remove the clips themselves,press the tags in on the clips and pull and twist them off, they can be very tight sometimes
