Sometime ago I said Toucan broadband were an OK internet broadband supplier (although I did comment that I had only been with them for 2 weeks), I completely rescind that statement and would just like to replace it with:

"Toucan Communications are a complete an utter bunch of mindless, pathetic, incompetent, senseless, moronic, fuckwits, who couldn't build a 24 peice jigsaw, let alone provide anybody with a broadband service"

I have now had another supplier provide broadband on another telephone line for which BT will only give me a 1mb connection, although they would give me 2mb on the other line. I assume this is because the Toucan service is taking up bandwidth, so can I cancel Toucan can I fuck, nobody and I mean nobody in that god forsaken den of stupidity has the authority to cancel your account, its laughable!!!!

Direct Debit gets cancelled today and sending a letter of complaint, failing that its a fucking trip to London for me with a big piece of wood
