hi good people of passionford..

have been looking for a engine management system for my escort rst s2 and from what i have gathered megasquirt will do the job nicely with some work and at a top price.. i don't really know that much about engine management, but i want to learn and thats where the megasquirt comes in..

so for my first question, what do i really need to get as regarding to parts and what modifications do i have to do to make it work?

i have found a lot of info on things on the msefi forum, but not exactly what i need so if anyone has got ms on their rst with CVH engine please say so cos i need advice..

since i live in norway some parts and services are harder to find and a lot pricier than in the UK

also need advice on which boards and extras to go for..

will very much apreciate any help..

thats why i was hoping someone with a squirted rs turbo would stumble onto this thread.. it would be really great to see pictures of how some of the problems were solved..

but i will list my 2 most pressing questions for now, can guarantee that you will hear from me again..

1 - what hardware to buy? which version board and chip? need to control both ignition(edis?) and fuelling..

2 - what sensors do i need to get it right? want to know what i need so that i can start gathering the parts required and also planning a little ahead..

hello to you first i would go for the V3 main board with the extra stuff

for the engine you will need to buy: EFI manifold (complet) + head or adaptor plate at least 300cc injectors but it will depand on the power that you whant for the ignition you would need to buy the CPS and sierra 1800 engine pully

about the sensors the MS can drive all type of sensors but the EFI manifold comes with them so you dont need to worry
