Hey, my ORANGE contract is up now, i've been with them about 8 years now, no problems with them at all, i get 120 min crossnet & 30 texts a month for £15 but i can't roll em over, i think it's a good deal, but i want to upgrade to a fancy new phone, theres too many deals & redemption packages etc in the papers, just wondering if anyone can read between all the jargon & sales pitch and explain which seem good deals etc...i have no experience of other networks at all, and i would want to keep my existing number too Thanks if you can help.

 

They are all sort of similar these days mate, the only thing i would say is watch the ones in tha papers as most of them are 18 month contract now cos of the price of the phones.

Best bet is decide what phone you first then take it from there.

I changed to 3 six months ago and have had no problems at all.

It is becoming a nightmare these days though, too much to choose from!!

You can keep your number no problems with a network change now, just takes a week or so to do the hand over.

Thanks mate, yeah i was considering 3, looks some good deals too, i think i'll go back to a Nokia or Sony Ericcson.

 

A lot of people tried to steer me away from 3, but like I said, ive had no problems, got a good deal as well. Think they have a new deal that you get paid for every text you receive!!! worth looking into though.

My missus 3 contract is due next month and she is defo going back. The only thing is they tend to stock the older phones.

the good thing is you dont get charged for browsing, so you can check all the footie scores for nowt, vodaphone etc charge you as soon as you go online.

Yeah i fancy a phone with 2mp cam, MP3, FM radio, quad or tri band, slim, nice menu, all for free, think i'll buy What Cellphone etc and take my time over it.
