Default which cam or cams

my car is off to nms in the coming week having it wire rung, t34,greys some other bits.why it`s there i would like to have cams done but not sure want to have .any idea`s

Bd 10s in mine...... but im sure Karl will advice you on whats best...he`s just mapped mine again awesome job

personally i like the standard cams, but depends what power you intend to have, Ultimately Karl will give much better and meaningful advice than anyone else so have a chat with him.

You may need other components too to go with different cams, i.e. double valve springs etc..

iwas told to put bd10 in exhaust side and leave inlet side standard
i`ll have a word with carl or oillie when i take car up nextweek
