The yellow circle is the engine lifting eyes. If thats what your on about matey??

not sure this is what its called in english but anyway.. the thing in the red circle is the "idle regulator". hope u understand what i mean

It lets air bypass closed trotle valve when engine is cold and needs extra air too runn ok. It is opning when AC is working / hig load- when trotle valve is closed .
