Absolutely loving it Dave, it's nice to have a car that's not termed as 'old' and will go over speed-humps. The cossie is still Number 1 though, although the Evo is more refined.

jock

Nope just a low mileage, 53 reg VIII GSR with a few mods, it's an absolute minter, I bought it from an MLR member.

The cossie will always be my favourite Dave, it's hard to say which is best as the Evo is only about 310bhp compared to the 380bhp ish the cossie has. Having a 6-speed box makes it different to drive too. I haven't really given it full welly yet, as roads have been to greasy and wet and I'm not all that impressed by the Yoko tyres on it in the wet. The Brembo brakes are nothing like the APs I'm used to. When I was looking for an Evo, I had full intentions of tracking it, to see how it compared to the cossie.... but I won't be tracking this one, it's too mint and the wheels are like brand new without a mark on them.

Will be easy I'm not doing any mods to the Evo, other than get a Defi amber/red boost guage mounted on the a-pillar, will maybe at a later date upgrade the brakes, the Brembos are a bit poo... but the ones on there have only done 1k miles, so I will get a bit more out of them first.
