What should the presure in the cylinders be between in a standard ERST engine?

mines exacltly 150 on all for cylinders, as longs as there within 10psi from the highest to lowest reading. a low compression lump might be as low as 110. wouldnt want more than 160 as i believe this means the head has been skimmed and the compression ratio has been raised.
