On Wednesday he maps an Evo at Simon Norris's dyno that made 675bhp & 553lb torque.

Today he maps a Supra at Thor on the dynapacks that made over 1000bhp.

Tommorow he's mapping a 1000bhp+ skyline at Bruntingthorpe.

All of the car's are running at TOTB3!

i woudnt really call him a traitor, he's just moving with the times, there are loads of evo,gto,scoobs,etc out there waiting to be modded, the customers have the money to spend and there are lots of them,
ok there are not many skylines around but those that are have huge amounts of money to spend, what pisses me off is that a lot of scooby/evo owners were originally cosworth owners who went east because ford no longer made a brand new quick car. look in the magazines and see how many of the old school traders now supply more jap bits than ford bits,
roll on the focus cosworth (and it better be good !!!)

 

As Nomad says...Jap is the way forward for serious power...Cosworth are old news...its a wonderful motor but wont beat Jap technology for outright BHP/reliability and looks!!!!!

hi rene my cosworth is being dismantled, not much of it left now, only engine and leather interior to shift, people say i sold the parts too cheap but it will make over 9K, i wouldnt have got anywhere near that if i sold it as a complete car, the paint job will live on because i sold the shell complete with bonnet/bumpers,mirrors/morettes etc so the guy who bought it will put it back on the road. ford wont say when they plan to release the cosworth but if it doesnt happen within 2 years then it will have to be a R34 that fills the space. cheers nomad
ps went to a jap day at santa pod last year and towards the end of the day there were 10 sec 1/4 mile times every 5 minutes, those skylines are awesome.
