Took me turb out last night for a quick blast and in doing so notice some tapping pulled over just to check out what was going on and discovered oil being finely sprayed at a high speed out bottom of engine Thinking it was gonna be the worst i discovered it was my sump has a bodge job "chemical metal" keeping it sealed Or not as it where.

Obvisouly this has got to go as im taking no risks with the engine. Getting to the point i need to know where i can buy a brand new 1.8 escort zetec sump (to allow exhaust to fit) and cost???? is this a ford only part?

imo, i think thats expensive, you better of going to a local scrappy and getting one of a 1.8 zetec, as thats all you need.
