i think the t34 and t35 are the same compressor hosuing but i also think that its called the t35 as it uses the .63 ex housing unlike the .48

A misconception, as there is no such thing as a T35. It's just a generic name for what people call a TO3/4B, as it "sits" half way between a T3 and a T4 in terms of air flow, and it just became accepted as an abreviated name for this turbo.

Obviously you get different size exhaust housings with this turbo, just as you do with a GT35.

Just to add a bit more confusion, these are the "offical" designations......
as found in the Ford brochures and press releases.

* The info is from Jeremy Walton book "The Cosworth Fords":

Sierra 3DR: T03

RS500: T31 / T04

Saph RWD: T03

Saph 4WD: T03B

Escort Cos (big turbo): T3 / T04B

Escort Cos (small turbo): T25

* Prior to publishing, this book was checked for accuracy by Ford personal.

As above, tends to be T34 = .48 housing, T35 = .63

Thats among those who use the T35 name anyway.

Personally i call them T34.48 and T34.63 which seems a lot more descriptive but its still just slang really.

Holly is the one ive already fucked, her mate Sam was the one i was supposed to be seeing this saturday but I stood her on saturday to see Cally instead, which was a pretty stupid schoolboy error really, but I am seeing them both (holly and sam, not cally!) this weekend instead probably.

And there in lies the problem with the T34/T35 name

You on that scale have a "T34 and a half"
