I'm sure you've applied for your tacho and operator's licence?

That truck & laden trailer must be more than 3.5 tonnes.

As i got my liscence after 1997, ive got to do an hrs test at the DSA centre in peterborough, bloody Ł85. Then i can tow up to 7.5 tonnes, at the mo i can only tow upto 3.5tons which includes the vehicle and trailer combined weight .

Yes Radders thats what you car is going in.

You sure? I understood that you needed a tacho and O licence above 3.5 tonnes?

The driving licence thing is OK up to 7.5 tonnes and for towing so long as you passed before two particular dates.
