i sent 3 wheels this week. each was £4.52 first class, including bubble wrapping.

Wrap it up in a box (With some packaging) and then wiegh it...
Prices are listed on the royal mail site which Matt has displayed in this thread....
You can then choice your 'service'
Standard 1st class/recorded etc etc

I did what Smit said when I posted my 4spoke RS wheel - can't remember how much it weighed but it was about £7.50 for standard parcels....
