I know there are a couple of threads going on at the moment, but I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Tony Turbo for organising the day at Power Engineering today. He really took some shit as he was caught in the middle of people that wanted to get their cars on early and Performance Ford who could only feature a certain number of cars. Nice one Tony!!

Also, to all at Power Engineering. A truly hospitable bunch and jolly nice to talk to!! Thanks!!

Yeah can I also say a big thanks to Tony & all the P.E guys. They did an excellent job yesterday and organisation was top notch IMO. Tony was running about sorting out payments,getting the cars ready to go on next and getting ALOT of hassle from people wanting to run early. He had 40 cars to get on and off so not EVERY can run 1st

There was alot more involved than just turning up to run on the rollers, and Tony had put hours of work in the previous weeks taking deposits and liaising with Matt @ PE so well done

All in all a really excellent day, a nice warm welcome at PE and nobody car blew up on the rollers

 

I personally think TT did a great job, I had a wicked day

 

thanks chaps, i'd also like to thank Chris & Ian (the tuners) i've been harrasing them for the last couple of weeks to get ready for yesterday, we've done a few long days & late nights trying differant textured coatings on the rollers for extra grip, they also repainted the floor afterwork in their own time & generally put them selves out so everyone could have a good day (& to stop me winging at them )
Tony Turbo for sorting the day out & putting up with the flack all day, but you must remember, we had 40 cars to run & not everyone could go first!!! if we worked off a running order it would have been a lot worse trying to make sure people were ready for their slot, but sorry to the folk who did have to wait a long while, i know billycabrio had to shoot off & didn't get a run, so if you want billio we do you a power run for £30 next time your in the area
