Is swimming a good form of exercise and weight loss ?

its the only exercise to work every muscle group. i've been told its mainly used to improve flexibility and suppleness. and dependant on how seriously you take it you can definitely lose weight through swimming!

if you enjoy getting in the water like me then its the best form of exercise!!

You can't fault swimming from burning calories and improving your overall fitness. It is also really low impact, so you won't knacker your knees as you would if running

Ive been swimming quite regulary for a couple of years now since its the only form of PT my back can handle.

Been there three times this week and fourth coming up tomorrow....and yes, swim goggles are one of the best inventions ever. Im so tempted at wearing them in the bubble pool too.
