Tough mudder!
Anyone been training for it? ive been hitting the gym hard since january for the course at the end of august! been trying to up my running distances and defo the cycling distances! Ive started doing small weights again in the gym combined with lots of pressups, pullups, stomach crunches etc! not really had a training programme in place but recently bought the mens health exercise book for a tenner which i think is really good!

I've just done the London South Tough Mudder event, was an epic day and i managed it in 3hrs 24min or there abouts! Not bad for a first timer and i hardly did any training!
l have worked on 10% extra time on your running the actual distance to add in the obstacles, my suggest from running 7/8 of these type of events is get to the front of your group/wave otherwise you have lots of people to get round.
