my protein hurricane XS
any1 tried it/on it?
im thining of giving it a go to help me through my kickboxing sessions which are getting harder,
going to take it as an after workout shake, and a late night meal replacement.
(i train 7:30-9:30pm then get home at 10pm) sso its too late to eat a meal.
this seemed like some good stuff to try.
what do you think?
and any1 had it and recomend a flavour?

been on it about a week now.
not noticed i feel any better, but my training is getting harder (got got in from hardest session yet) and im getting up in the morning feeling fine, i know ive done a hard training sess but im looking forward to the next one.
will let you know what i think of it after ive used it more.
its the first time ive tried any shakes so not too sure what to expect lol
and i got chocnut, its nice with skimmed milk.
