ive been on pf for ages and didnt even know about this room lol
well it all starts basically ive always been big so to speak and since being laid off last june i kinda let go a little and started eating take aways every night nearly loads of chocolate chrisps and before i knew it id piled on the pounds after getting quite good as i do drylining for a living so was really starting to get fit..
anyway new year i decided im going to change things around i was 16st 3lb january 1st and my goal was set..
i bought a home gym and free weights and decided on a diet of as little as i possibly could live with not sure if this is a good idea.....
anyway its now just over a month in and im down to 13st 9lb i have been doing 2-3 hours lifting a day and just started today on cardio i did 110 mins on the bike and then straight after had my first boxing class which i really enjoyed but damn was it hard im absoloutley dying lol...
i have basically been eating 2 pieces of brown bread toast and a bowl of cornflakes with no sugar on a morning and then the same at around 8pm and thats all for the whole month and on a friday have chicken fajitas with red green and yellow pepper onion and a small amount of extra virgin olive oil also been drinking a lot of water every day
i have'nt got any pics at mo but will sort some tomorrow of when i was 16st and how i am now ive lost a lot of excess fat and my shoulders chest and arms are starting to take some shape but im having a never ending fight with my stomach it has gone down a fair whack but struggling tightenin up the very bottom been doing 200 situps every day ive made it a rule but only in the last 2 weeks as it was a real struggle previous to this..
ive been having a good look and am goin to try put a good diet together as i know what im eating will not be doing any favours really...
i now work out 2-3 hours every day this includes the sit ups in this time
go to the gym and do up tp 2 hours cardio mon, wed, fri and also do the 1.5 hour boxing class after the cardio but as i say has just started today
also thinking of doing saturday or sunday morning at the gym on cardio too
if there is anything that anyone could help on i would be very greatfull and as i say will get some pics up in the morning
