The gym owner recommended this fat burner to me, (he didn't try to sell it me) has anybody had any experiance, looking for a bit of a push to try and cut up a bit, gonna clean my diet up also.

so, thinking or 3 weetabix and a protein shake, for breakfast, another shake mid morn, salad & chicken wraps for dinner, another shake mid afternoon, then tea

why so many shakes? you'l be pee'ing most of that away. i use it after training and thats it and iv been having good results after just a month training.

but is that to get you to use more-buy more or does it actually work like that (genuine curiosity as im only repeating what iv been told)
i take one shake (two heaped scoops) whith water after training and thats it.
anyone explain why im rite/wrong/somewhere in the middle?

if your trying to trim down then high protein lower carbs is the way hence more shakes, someone like godz or snedboy would be able to give better explination

I've started on this supp today, it really supress's apetite, just been gym and normally I'm really hungry, can't manage anything more than a protein shake

over a week on it now, no longer supress's appetite, just makes my stomach feel weird, decided to pack them in, another load of crap tbh,
