Both good products. It's a case of trial and error I have found to be honest as in what product works best for you.

Ok, cheers for the input

I work a mix of earlies/lates/nights, i workout before nightshift and lateshift but after early shift, the problem im having is by the time i've done my early shift i want to go to the gym but have a bit of a lethargic feeling, even though i've ate/drank well (3 meals before the gym), had a decent sleep the night before (6-8hrs) etc... a little boost would be nice and beneficial.

I'm also considering maltodextrin as an extra source of carbs throughout the day just in case im not getting enough calories into myself.

edited to say im also having multivitamins morning and night as well as codliver oil/omega 3 capsules with a couple of meals throughout the day.

Cool link. I'd love something like this as I have a Redbull before, but I don't think it does much.

Im going back to a job, that consists of climbing up and down ladders allday, lifting ladders about etc, arms on the go all day, when i use to do it before, I would find i got tired after a few hrs, would any of these help for energy to keep me going?

I would be at work 8 hrs, so will be like a 8 hr workout lol, just wondered what i could take to work with me etc?

I have used Xplode a good few times, its an awesome product but only gives short term effects, enough for your session at the gym.
i also work shifts, i found it was just what i need after an early shift before training

Pro's - good pump, good focus, gives you lots of drive and lots of energy
Con's - caffeine is a diaretic so makes you wee alot, i also felt very drained after each serving and a little sick.

What i use now is Gaspari superpump250, bit pricier but get no adverse side effects, but all the pro's

f you know your going to have a hard day make sure you have a meal with pasta/rice init the night before, sounds boring but it works,on a training day an hour n half before i train I'll have an omelet 2 eggs, chopped rasher of bacon, handful of cheap frozen veg, frozen spinach, grated cheddar cheese, with a dollop of brown sauce, gives me everything i need and is quick to prepare, never get tired and its not gonna cost much........just a suggestion tho...lol
