today i bought centrum select 50+ multivitamin

says its worlds no 1 multivit but says about for adults aged 50+..

but mentions children and pregnant women on the back :S

are these ok?

Animal Pak by Far, there is No Better.

HUGE Pills in one packet but plenty water and down them.
