any body used phd shakes or metrex,was just looking on monstersuppliements,just wondered if any body had tried ive been told there all pretty much the same

myprotein is best value for money, best flavour and best results, but you cant just drink it and stake a shit... you need to work out hard

 

i went onto the myprotein website and bookmarked it for future reference i used maximuscle extreme protein before what protein will i buy off myprotein thats similiar to the maximuscle stuff
