Default Overtraning ?

Hi guys new to the world of fitness, and being new i want to be going down to the gym everyday of the week but ive been warned of overtraining ?? Is this real, and how does it affect future muscle gaining ?

Overtraining = no gains and flu like symptoms.

After you have trained for say 45 mins then your body is in a state of shock, sounds scary I know but this is how muscles grow as they think to themselfs 'fu#k that, not going through that again' and so they build themselfs stronger so all the 1000's of muscle tissues gradually get bigger.......... basic terms anyway!!

If you over train you are not giving your muscles time to repair thus leading to fatigue. Nothing worse than this feeling as it gives out flu like symptoms.

As a newbie you should start with 3 days a week with no more than 45 mins in the gym. Stick to the basics, eat well and get BIG!!
