just read this thread with great interest, its fab to see men who have the same weight problems as women, although in a smaller weight respect.
Well done for losing so much weight, definitely makes me wanna do it even more knowing ive only got 2st to lose!

I started in June 08 been at it 9 weeks, i was a fat porker 16st 1lb, last few monmth weight just gone on and didnt really notice but had to do sopmething, it was getting me down, Loader used to say i wasnt fat but cuddly (bless him).
Mine wasnt so much shit like kebabs, chips e.t.c but i did drink shit loads of coffee and i always like a biscuit to soak it up, i always ate late ans skipped breakfast
Breakfast was a 6 cup caffietre of the nice columbian coffee.
Now have alpen for break, soup and sandwich of chicken or tuna for lunch, stirfry, or tuna steak, salmon steak or chicken in the evening.
Doing 3 days a week gym for an hour and swimming with the oaps on sunday, iv lost around 1 Stone 4lb but as i have been doing weights my arms, chests and legs are a lot more muscley and muscle weighs heavier.
Im down to 34 trousers from 36 and from 17.5" collar or XL to a 16.5" collar and a L in shirts and T shirts, as im getting fitter i can push harder in the gym
Level 7 x trainer i could last around 30 mins, im now doing level 15 for an hour and covering 13-14K and usiong around 1000 Kcals.
Yes i feel dizzy and misses cant understand why im asleep at 9pm everynight but its all good

After a stag weekend at V Festival which carried on to a week on the lash with my bro last week I'm up 2 lb to 15st 5
But its only 2 lb which after how I've eaten and drunk I'm not too bothered about. Back at the gym last night, and will have it off by next week, and be under 15 stone by end Sept. (I hope!! )

Just looked at this as forgot to do it for a couple of weeks.
Vodka must work, down to 14 10 today.
With a real push I can hit 14 by Xmas (and be back up to 15 after!!)

14st 8 today. Slow but sure progress still.
Although I have a serious weekend on the piss so am bound to be heavier again next week.
Can't wait to get on the weights next year, I'm so fed up of the cross trainer and treadmill.

Err, no, no pics I'm not particularly photogenic . I have however dropped from a size 48 suit jacket to a 42, and from a 40" suit troser being tight to needing a belt for a 36". I need a totally new wardrobe in the sales, its fucking expnsive losing weight!

Well I weighed myself today after the xmas/new year festivities and I'm back up to 15st 7lb.
However I'm still 3.5 stone lighter than the same date last year so all is not lost. I reckon 3-4 weeks and the extra bulk will be gone.
I've also taken the extremely positive step of quitting smoking. I feel shit now, but it will be worth it and hopefully my fitness will be better then ever.

Good on you mate, iv just started with a personal trainer to push me and go through weights correctly, i ache like fuck tonight so must be doing something right, gave me a beasting tonight
