not got any recent ones as iv not been going properly since my nlittle boy was born but just hitting it again the past few weeks
this is the frame I have to work with!!!!!!
taken about 10 years ago


this was 3 years ago before gym



then a year into training

definatly bulked up abit, look like yr on holiday in every pic

 

about 8 months on and off
