i forget what he called it. im getting the same thing taking these and also when excersising.one thing i never said is that the caffeine makes me need loads of water especially in the morning but fuck me im pissing like a race horse

more water the better mate, both can dehydrate you slightly as well
also, i dunno how true it is, but i once read if you drink 2L of ice cold water every day you burn an additional 1600 calories per week, because your body has to work slightly harder to warm up again after drinking it
i think the funny taste on your breathe from time to time is just through slight de-hydration and where the tabs breakdown in your stomach
have you noticed any appetite suppression yet?

Anyone else looking to get this from that site, please note that after the 6th of march they are no longer doing it, due to problems with the import/export of ephedrine.

epherdene, awfull stuff... friends came along with 'herbal' stuff. Had some, didn't feel anything... but couldn't sleep for another night :'(

Would i be able to take these before i play a game of football and would i get the same effect as going to the gym for over an hour?? i play football 5 times a week so am generally very fit just need to lose the xmas belly...its difficult to get time to go to the gym durin the week

ephedrine will help but if your playing football 5 times per week, imo you should be able to shift weight quite easilly
whats your diet like? a small change could make a massive difference, if you want the website details for the eph, then i dont mind sending you them

I've been drinking 2 cups of black coffee before I train (4-5 times a week) but I think my biggest problem is my diet.
Not sure I like the sound of this stuff mind, think I'd rather take the coke/speed option

Yeh so Ł50 for a g (bit less up here) which wld do u a day max, or Ł28 for a months supply?
As for the palpitations etc, I haven;t experienced any sides apart from a headache and I'm sure thats the caffeine. I dont drink coffee or anything. I haven;t been drinking more water than normal but I'm usually about 3 litres a day anyway

if you take it again, try taking the last dose in the day earlier, so the stimulent effect wears off enough for you to sleep

Yeh I noticed it for the first few days, now nothing. Apart from the headaches. But its definitely making a difference. Last night, the body fat analyzer had me at 7.8% and the lowest I've been (that I can remember) is 8.3%. So its definitely doing something.

Whats the crack then. my pal was saying that he was told to take 2 before training but didnt feel safe doing that so only popped one........
This stuff is only banned due to sports (performance enhancing?) or was their a fatality with them? And by the sounds of it they're pretty natural (Pls correct me if i'm wrong!).
