ive tried doing squats, with a barbell above me, as my dad showed me.

but i keep naturally bending my back and having trouble keeping it straight when i lift up.

is there anything i can buy to support my back ?

You can buy a belt from Argos mate (i might have one spare you can have, will look a bit later). Keep your head straight and focus on something and dont take your eyes off it till the squat is complete. First few times try without a bar, just try squating.....you will master it!

try spending some time on core streghtening. chances are your core muscles are not developed well enough to hold you straight when squatting.
