hey guys, ive just signed up to the forum (been browsing for a few years but you need to log in to read it now)

thought i'd say hi to all in the fitness room as im getting myself in shape for something rather important and it seems like your all rather nice at sharing information and alike and hopefully i can give some advice on things i know about if it will help people
