mate you have to make sure u eat plenty of vegtable daily, its like saying i put patrol in my car but dont like to change the oil.
just 300grams of vegtable per day would be enough.
and about dianabol, i have been on many courses of it and its best to take it with sus and deca. if you take it on its own, with a good diet you should be able to put on half a stone on a 6 week course, and your strength will go off the roof, but it will give you loads of spots on your arms and back and possibly bitch tits. hope this helps.

As per your physics you should eat green leaf vegetables and fruits daily. Another thing is that there is also require to drink plenty water.

I use in breakfast as two boil eggs with milk after completion of the exercise and in the meal I use green leaf vegetables and fruits. I also prefer to drink plenty water in a day.

In the best diet is a diet of fresh food, and a better one will be all organic. I always say, "If your great grandmother would not recognize it, then do not eat." Lots of fiber, the whole bowl of bran to your daily intake of 50%. Hemp seed is a super food, and pomegranates, and asparagus.

Short-term dieting is not a solution, according to couples who created this diet. Food combinations are emphasized. Only eat fruit and meat in the morning should not be combined with complex carbohydrates.

The above post is spot on for bulking up, remember to eat throughout the day (every 1 and a half hours) if possible as the body will absorb protien and carbs better instead of large meals.

As for steroids i wouldnt go down that route as its just a quick fix...you will lose much of what you put on when you come off it as your body will retain much water, in any case you can if you train and eat properly get as big as someone who is on the juice, the side effects of steroids can be devastating to the organs years down the line...take a look at the pic i posted in the thread 'what do you weigh and what do you bench' to see what can be achieved naturally.

Diet must do it right way otherwise it is not helpful for health. I am taking fish fries, one cup of milk in daily diet. Every major health organization recommends eating five to nine servings of fruits and vegetables per day to maintain good health.
