i take met rx pure whey and norateen heavy weight II, it seems to work.

used to take creatine mono but its given me some back (possibly kidney?) problems. doseage was probably too high

i used to go to canons till last year but then i started down forest gym in tilgate, this gym is proper hardcore and every1 seem to know their stuff.

currently use only whey protein isolate,vitimans and just started with cee today.
i use matodextrin 30 minutes before i train,50g mixed with 40g of protein
