i'm trying to lose abot 1 stone, i'm about 16 1/2 at the moment and go to the gym about 3/4 times a week for about an hour each time, i'll do about 30 mins cardio and 30 mins weights, i've cut out most of the shite from my diet and try to eat healthy but not making much progress. i also enjoy a few beers on my days off but nothing major, was going to try light beer to see if this helps, any suggestions on diet ( eat quite a lot of bread, spuds, pasta etc, could i be over doing the carbs???), training tips etc that might help
