Quick bicep question?
What are the differences between barbell curls and eze bar curls when a when a wide normal and close grip are used.
Also what is there much diffenrence between normal dumbell curls and hammer curls?

Looking through a reference site... Can't see much difference between the straight bar and EZ bar.. But the hammer curls and Dumbell curls are different..
Straight Bar Curls
