Default Maximuscle Cyclone?

What do people think of Cyclone as opposed to Progain and other Whey only shakes?

I currently use the HB Body Fortress stuff, but it only has a measly 16g or so of protein per shake.....

Cyclone is allsorts of stuff in it, 60g (Dailey) of Whey Protein, along with 10g Creatine etc (something I don't currently use).

Anyone had any experience of it?

I dont like the branded stuff,

i get all my whey protein from all in one or the whey consortium, its unflavoured (so just add crusha or nesquick etc if you dont like the taste)
its dirt cheap and ideal for them morning shakes with oats and banana etc
Check out www.muscletalk.co.uk and click on the links, youll save a fortune oh and if on the all in one site type in muscletalk at the checkout and get even more discount, works out at Ł23 for 5kg delivered to the door within two days usually by the whey(see that eh) its 80% protein.

I use the stuff and have done for a while, yes its true it tastes like shit, but i think as a run of the mill whey supplement imo think it is the best.

I used Creatine for a little while and it made me blote, but the small amount in the cyclone is just right for me....

I buy it in the bulk, buy 3 get one free deal every few months as it dont last long when you taking it twice a day....
