lower abs
hey fellas just wonderin what you guys do to reach these parts i always do leg ups and they work but it takes 100s and i also find it starts to hurt my back after a while is there somthin i can do to get them workin harder and faster with out hurtin my back cheers

One of the other P.F. members posted it in an earlier topic, also change your ab exercises every 4 weeks as your body adapts to them and stops growing hence you being able to do 100 leg ups.
