Hi guys

Wondering if anyone could help seeing as ford have been so useless. I'm looking for the bonnet sound insulation and have been told by ford there are two; one £60 for "standard mk6" and another £72 for "fusion/special edition/ST". However they then tell me there is not one for my registration. I have a standard 2006 (06) Fiesta ST 150.

Does anyone know if either will fit? I have the standard airbox still on

I bought 1342462 in 2008, cost 60 EUR incl. 6678518 fitting kit. Fits fine, but don't help much.

 

And there's no risk of it fouling the standard airbox?

 

No, works fine.

 

They didn't have under bonnet insulation when they left the factory, mine certainly didn't, maybe some of the later ones did?

No, only diesel Fiestas had the insulation. Won't make much difference after all.
