My 2003 fiesta semi automatic has the issue with the clutch actuator that has appeared many times in this forum. Has anyone converted the system back to manual? If so, what is involved?

Not yet - had no responses to my message, but I plan to attempt a repair suggest by a swedish guy in some of the forums...

 

new ib5 box
a clutch and flywheel slave cylinder from a manual version
possibly a master cylinder and feed pipe dependent on how the hydraulics run
gear selector cables
gear selector
drive shafts
lower gearbox mount and upper gearbox mount
