u will need the following.

puma lump, ecu preferably a tape one as its easier to fit(only 2 wires to join up then)
key and transponder for the engine to start. (u just swap the transponder into your old fiesta key then.
drivers side top engine mount
puma airbox .
puma throttle cable and u will also have to join some new fuel lines up as the connectors are different .
apart from that ts a straight swap. just use the standard zs driveshafts and exhaust system as they all fit.

you dont cut any wires, remove the fuel pump wiring, u will need to remove the interior trim for this, pull that right up and out the car along with the cars wiring loom to the engine, along with the ecu. pull all this out through the bulkhead , then its a straight swap back through the car like you took out, (only wire u have to maybe join in the car is the black earth wire if u cut it as it a pain to get into the bolt.) then 2 wire in the fuse box in the engine bay .

I done this conversion on my Zetec s .
I has a whole car to strip from which was lucky, I used a analogue loom , which made it had work as I had to swop everything , then the rear end need rewiring as all plugs where different there where some otherthings that I had to swop , by using the whole loom you lose your fog lamps , so I rewired them in with the high beam .
But I you use the digital loom you only need the wiring under the bonnet ( plus the odd wire in the car ) but then it is as good as plug and go , if I remember right
You need

Engine ( of course lol)
Dig" engine loom
Air flow meter
Ecu
Keys

That what I found out after the convertion , also if you don't use dig" car loom then you need to change the fuel level sender as a full tank will read empty , and reversing the wires don't work , and the sender was not a direct fit in the tank , but I think the puma tank may fit , but I didn't try it ( I should have )

I'm doing this as we speak I just bought a complete puma and I've pulled the engine bay loom out only thing you don't have is fog light wiring. Join zsoc as there's a step by step guide on there, also fast ford done a guide a couple of months ago which is very good as well every body tells different story's so best just to get on and do it!

you have to change alot more than that.
engine
intake manifold
brake sevo pipe
fuel lines (if yours are rubber)
left hand engine mount bracket

engine bay loom
throttle cable (agin it depends)
ecu plus chip to match
maff
air box
intake pipe

its 99% plug and play but there internal loom anit a dircet match to the engine bay loom so you have two choice. either replace internal loom and rewire tails (but much easy just to duck tape the puma bulb holders in place) or relocate the ecu wires so your rev light temp gauge and fuel pump works.

THIS IS A MUST!!!! the rubber fuel lines have the wrong conectors to clamp onto the pumas fuel rail and thay will look like thay but dont and it will cause them to leak.
the rubber connectors holes are to small to go over the bump in the rail thats designed to keep them on.

also the puma eninge loom is in two parts one with the fuse box and headlight looms etc but the second part is very short and only has iirc 3 plugs on it and if you dont have your engine will never start. oh and the injector wiring to lol that makes 3 parts lol
