I am thinking about putting a front strut brace on my MK6. I just wondered if it would actually make much difference to the handling, as my car is already lowered by 35mm.

Very little difference, at least none that you would notice anyway. They are a good idea on long cars that the strut tops are a distance from the bulkhead, but as a fiesta is so small it's all pretty solid anyway.

 

would it be usefull using a adjustable one to slightly push the strut tops out to help with the camber when running escort cossie wheels ? or is a case of putting up with the extra tyre wear caused by the camber of the wheels ?

 

No, and if it did actually stiffen the front up, it'd make it understeer more Stiff rear end is what ya want!
