Default Engine Modifying

Hello,

I'm going to rebuild my engine within some time. And I would like to get a bit more power out of the engine.
I would like to place a modified cam, 50% wider intercooler, uprated actuator, dumpvale, full exhaust system, uprated chip.

Which mark/ type of these parts would you recomand?
How mutch power will I have.
How mutch power can an originale engine handle?

I'll be using the t2 turbo, which is also completly rebuild.
Which chip would you recomand?
I'm not that specialized in engine performance parts.

Are the standerd spark plugs good enough?
